Concept, Consortium and Proposal
We originate the concept, architect the consortium and write the proposal — at our own risk, with no upfront fee. That means finding and vetting partners, structuring work packages and person-months, verifying eligibility and funding caps with each national authority, and drafting the Excellence, Impact and Implementation chapters.
Cross-Border Technical Integration
Once a project is funded we stay on as a technical subcontractor, working at the integration layer: interface requirements across national subsystems, cross-partner validation checkpoints, dependency and failure-mode analysis, consolidation of results into reportable outputs, and IP governance under the Consortium Agreement.
The research itself stays with the funded partners. We work on the integration, testing and validation layer that holds a multi-country project together — which is also what keeps subcontracting within national funding-authority limits.

Because we charge nothing upfront, we only take on projects we believe can win. If your idea is not fundable as it stands, you hear that in the first call rather than after a rejection.
Capabilities are verified, not assumed
We check what a partner actually builds and sells before they join a consortium, and apply the same test to the innovation claim itself. A forced fit or an overstated novelty is visible to any competent reviewer.
Rules are checked, never recalled
Funding rates, ceilings and eligibility conditions vary by country and shift between calls. We verify every figure with the national authority for that call — assumptions here are expensive.
