We design the R&D project, not just the application
International consortia, engineered from capability upwards
83% of the proposals we take on are funded

Most consultancies edit your proposal. We design the project.

Companies rarely lose international R&D funding because the writing was weak. They lose because the project was never designed to be fundable — partners assembled by convenience, novelty assumed rather than argued, claims never stress-tested before a reviewer saw them.

What We Do

Three services, in the order they actually happen. Most clients arrive asking for the third and discover they needed the first.

Concept Origination

We design the R&D project itself — the scientific uncertainty, the innovation claim, the exploitation pathway, and the reason a reviewer should fund it rather than dismiss it as applied engineering.

Consortium Architecture

We identify partners whose capabilities genuinely complement each other, verify that complementarity against what they actually build, and structure roles so that no partner is force-fitted to fill a slot.

Proposal & Post-Award Execution

Work packages, budgets built to each authority's real rates, IP governance and submission — then, once funded, technical integration and coordination across the consortium as the project actually runs.

How a Consortium Gets Built

01

Read the real capabilities

Not the marketing claims. What does each candidate actually ship, to which customers, protected by what IP? A company mapping roads for autonomous vehicles is not a utility-asset company, however similar the pitch decks look.

02

Find the seam

The fundable project lives in the gap between partners — where one company's output becomes an input another has never had. That gap is where real scientific uncertainty sits, and it is what reviewers score.

03

Stress-test before a reviewer does

If a partner is stretched to fit, we say so and find a better one. If a novelty claim contradicts what the consortium actually does, we rewrite it. Weak links are cheaper to fix now than at evaluation.

04

Structure it against the real rules

National funding rates, budget ceilings, subcontracting caps and eligibility conditions differ by country and change between calls. We verify them per partner, per call — never from memory.

Engagement Model

Zero upfront cost  |  100% success-aligned

We take on concept development, partner search and proposal work at our own risk. That is only sustainable if we are selective — which is exactly why our assessment is candid before any work begins.
